Counseling
What is Counseling?
Individual counseling is a one-on-one therapeutic process designed to help clients explore and resolve personal issues, such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and addiction. During individual counseling sessions, clients work with their therapist to develop coping strategies, improve their self-awareness, and identify and address problematic behaviors and thought patterns.
P.E.A.C.E. GRANT
The P.E.A.C.E. Grant program is currently on pause as we transition and refine our programming for 2026. We hope to resume the program soon and will provide an update once it is back in operation. Thank you for your understanding.
